Hi folks,
This week we did a brief introduction to the concept of energy. For the next several weeks we will be looking at energy, temperature, heat and heat transfer. This first block is one of the most "mathy" of the year and uses the most difficult equation that we'll be using this year as well. To prepare for that, I'd like you to do the enclosed .pdf for homework this week. It's my hope that it will help you see how equations are really just another way of communicating.
